Rivan Wijaya Associate Director, Consumer Insight Rivan has more than 10 years of experience at Nielsen with specific research skills on FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Retailer, Telco, and also from the Banking Industry. His experience covers a wide range of expertise from Brand Health (Usage & Attitude) Study, Advertising Evaluation, Shopper Study, Product and Concept Test, Customer Satisfaction, and Mystery Shopping. Rivan was the Co-Leader for Nielsen proprietary product on measuring Brand Health, Winning Brands, at Nielsen Indonesia until 2012 before he then lead the Shopper Practice until today. He is also the Champion for Business Process Improvement at Nielsen Indonesia Consumer Insights, whereby he conducts reviews of working process from wing to wing to ensure high quality service for Nielsen’s clients. Rivan is a positive person who loves to read books, loves to share knowledge and also to learn. |

Indra Kusuma Business Development Executive of W&S Indonesia Indra has had 5 Years’ of experience on the Online Research & Digital Marketing sector and graudated with a Bachelor Degree at YKPN Business School and holds a Diploma of Economic Management at Gadjah Mada University. He was also an invited guest speaker on the topic of “Introducing Online Market Research” at the Sebelas Maret University. Ivone Soraya Ivone has 4 years of experience within the Online & Conventional Research sector and holds a Master in Business Administration from the UCSI University in Kuala Lumpur. She has also contributed her expertise in companies such as iCarAsia Limited Malaysia and Rocket Internet International (Lazada Malaysia). |

Andrew Senduk Group Chief Revenue Officer [CRO] of Orami Andrew Senduk started his career in both consulting and banking at top tier firms but found true passion in e-commerce. He holds over 8 years of entrepreneurial and e-commerce experience across Europe and South East Asia. In 2015, he founded Moxy Indonesia which merged with Bilna after 6 months and rebranded as Orami, South East Asia’s #1 online destination for everything women. Prior to this, Andre spent 1 year building one of the fastest growing digital agencies within the region, Lion & Lion Digital Agency, where he acted as Country Managing Director, Indonesia. He currently holds the position of Group Chief Revenue Officer where he oversees all marketing and merchandising divisions. He holds a Master in International Finance from the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam (NL) and is happily married to Melissa and proud father of Rocco and Zion. |

Her current responsibility in TÜV Rheinland under the Business Stream Products category covers Softlines, Hardlines, Electrical, Commercial and Food. She manages and control the daily operations, Sales and EBIT of the Business Stream Products division. She also maintains the division’s system based on accreditation requirements as Product Certification Body for SNI. |

Her career began in Nielsen Indonesia, in retail audit division, and handled various FMCG clients. Prior joining Kantar Worldpanel, she worked in Mercer Indonesia, world’s largest Human capital consulting companies, and handled various industries, such as Asia Pacific FMCG forum, life insurance, mining, telecommunication, chemical and any other industries. |
